How to use Agentic Bot

  • /help — show/hide this help
  • RAG mode — answers from your knowledge base (default)
  • Split — standalone: sources panel · embedded: dock right
  • Voice — click the mic and speak; again to stop
  • Regenerate — re-run last answer if it looks off

Basics

  • Type a question and press Enter to send.
  • Tap the mic 🎤 for voice input; tap again to stop.
  • Use the quick-reply chips under the input for common tasks.
  • Open the ⋮ menu (top-right) for Split/Dock, Clear chat, How to use and Report an issue.

Reading answers & feedback

  • Sources / citations: numbered chips (1, 2, …) under an answer — click one to open that source page in a new tab.
  • Feedback: use 👍 / 👎 on any answer, or ↻ Regenerate to re-run the last answer if it looks off.
  • Report an issue: for a wrong answer, inappropriate content, or if the bot isn’t working — use ⋮ → Report an issue (or the “What went wrong?” link after 👎).

Book Appointment

  1. Click Book Appointment chip or ask “Book an appointment”.
  2. Fill your Name and Contact.
  3. Pick Preferred Date from chips or click Custom date.
  4. Select a Preferred Time with the time picker.
  5. Submit — we’ll save your availability with your lead.

Request Callback

  1. Click Request callback or ask “Call me back”.
  2. Provide Phone or Email (one is required).
  3. Choose Date and a Time slot or set a custom time range.
  4. Add an optional message and submit.
